Terms of Use

If you wish to use the Service, you shall understand and accept the terms of this Agreement, apply for admission to membership using the application form prescribed by us, or successfully complete registration for admission to membership using other methods prescribed by us, and register with us the information necessary for use of the Service.

However, there may be cases in which additional member information is required to register in order to use the service as specified by us. For details, please refer to the individual terms and conditions.

We will grant membership to those who have successfully completed the membership registration as specified in the preceding paragraph and have been accepted by us as members of the Service (hereinafter referred to as “membership”). We will grant a member ID to those who have successfully completed membership registration as stipulated in the preceding paragraph and have been accepted as members of the Service. We may deny membership registration or provision of the Service if we determine that the membership information is or may be false, or if we determine that the person is inappropriate as a member for any reasonable reason.

The same person may not acquire multiple IDs in relation to the preceding paragraph. However, this does not apply to cases in which we specifically permit it, and in such cases, unless otherwise specified, each member will be treated as a separate member.

If there is a change in member information, the member shall promptly complete the change procedure in the manner prescribed by us, and we shall not be held liable for any disadvantages incurred by the member as a result of the member’s failure to complete the change procedure. We may refuse to register a member or provide the Service if the membership information change procedure is not properly completed.
